1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ban afg platform and all its associated services. These Terms serve as a legally binding agreement — by accessing the platform or creating an account, you agree to comply with all of these terms.

ban afg ("we", "the platform") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Continuing to use the platform after a change is made will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms have been prepared in English and apply to members residing in Bangladesh. If a translation into any other language is available, the English version shall have final authority.

2 Membership and Registration

To create an account on ban afg, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh.
• Each person may create only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and funds held may be forfeited.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration. ban afg reserves the right to close any account where false information has been given.
• You may not allow anyone else to use your account or transfer it to another person.

2.1 Verification Process

ban afg may ask a member to verify their identity at any time. A national identity card, passport, or birth registration certificate may be required. Withdrawals may be held until the required verification documents are submitted within the given timeframe.

Requests to withdraw large amounts may not be processed until the verification process is complete. This measure is in place to ensure the safety of all members.

3 Age Verification

All casino and betting activities on ban afg are strictly for persons aged 21 or older. Anyone under the age of 21 is completely prohibited from creating an account or using the platform.

We may request age verification documents at any time. If a member is found to be under 21, their account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your ban afg username and password completely confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone.

4.1 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without authorization, notify our support team immediately. Reporting quickly helps limit any damage. ban afg will not be liable for any loss resulting from failure to keep account details secure.

4.2 Password Policy

Use a strong password — at least eight characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols. Avoid reusing the same password and change it regularly.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

ban afg currently processes transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile banking services. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account immediately, please contact support.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals typically take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to complete.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking account used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if any active bonus wagering requirement has not been met.
• Withdrawals of large amounts may be delayed if verification has not been completed.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

ban afg offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, and it is essential to read those terms carefully before accepting any offer.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. That means if you deposit ৳1,000, you receive a ৳1,000 bonus and must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 before the bonus can be withdrawn.

6.2 General Rules for Bonus Use

• Bonuses may only be used for gaming and betting on the platform — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• If bonus abuse or any attempt to manipulate the system is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• ban afg reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• If the original deposited amount is withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and all winnings earned from it will be forfeited.

6.3 Other Promotions

The terms for other promotions — including weekly deposit rewards, weekend offers, and live casino specials — are stated separately in each offer's description. Those terms are also considered part of these general terms.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

ban afg offers casino games, slots, live casino, and sports betting. Each section has its own specific rules, which can be found by entering the relevant section.

7.1 Game Results

All game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue or server error, ban afg will attempt to provide an appropriate resolution.

7.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed next to the game or market. Bets outside the set limits will not be accepted.

7.3 Sports Betting

If a match or event is cancelled, the associated bet is generally considered void and the stake is returned. However, different rules may apply in some markets, which will be noted at the time of placing the bet. Placing bets by exploiting delays in live betting for technical advantage is prohibited.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ban afg platform:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to play games or place bets.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Attempting to collect other members' account information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Applying low-risk betting strategies for the purpose of accumulating bonus benefits.
• Operating an account under another person's identity.

If any of the above activities are detected as suspicious, ban afg will investigate and may suspend or close the account as required.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

ban afg may suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If a breach of any of these Terms is proven.
• If false information provided at registration is proven.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If a problem is found during age verification.
• Due to legal obligations.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

A member may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. All pending bets must be settled before the account is closed, and any eligible balance may be withdrawn.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

If a member wishes to exclude themselves from the platform for a set period, the self-exclusion option is available. This can be activated through the support team.

10 Limitation of Liability

ban afg will not accept responsibility for the following:

• Games or bets left incomplete due to internet disconnection.
• Issues with third-party software or devices.
• Losses caused by a member leaving their account details unsecured.
• Temporary service interruptions due to unexpected technical or server issues.

ban afg reserves the right to cancel bets placed based on odds or amounts incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

12 Changes to Terms

ban afg may amend, change, or update these Terms at any time. After any change, they will be published on this page with a new date.

For significant changes, members may be notified by email or through a platform notification. Continuing to use the platform after a change is made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
